Windows 7 Catalyst video card problems.

I've been fiddling around with this, but still no luck. I'm still stuck where I was in the last post. Any further suggestions?

Okay, I am going to try to downgrade from 12.4 to 12.3 and see if that does it.

So, what do you think. Is there anything to be done, or am I just out of luck... which would be sad. After all those years of working on it, I'd love to be able to at least play through it once.

What do you think... delete, and then re-install? Should I download all over again, or try installing from the same download I had before (it is the one I successfully installed on my XP machine).

I tried a whole new download and install... still the same problem.

As far as I can see, that is all there is to it. Of course, I am not very savvy with these things, but that's all I can see when I open fs2_open.log

looks like a problem with a file in this directory.
Do you running a User with Administrator rights or is this an limited user ??
i think i have read that WCSAGA only runs with a full aceess User.
And try to De-Install WCSAGA and cleaning up registry and then install for exapmple in an other partiton. e.g. D:
