"We have no recommendations for you" during the debriefing doesn't help when people just hit the reset button on imminent disaster.

Devs please don't take offence to some of the comments on this board. You made this game so good that I, like many other pilots, get totally into the game. I thought I was so good that I could play this in hard and shoot down everything I see. It's a little humbling to me but this extends the game life as I want to do better the next time around. I know there are kids out there that are so good that it will bore them in no time at all and go on to other games as it is too easy for them. As for me I am looking to get better the next time around and hope to have many more hours of play time. Please know that if this is the only game you guys do, you have exceeded beyond my expectations and hope this stimulates others to get back into the space combat gaming. We are still out there.

After a mission, when you get the debriefing, you can click on a "recommendations" button. Usually, if there was something you could have done but failed, it will have advice for you. If it has no advice, or says there was nothing you could have done, then don't worry about trying to do better.

Also sorry but... did WC3 spoil to you that you couldn't save the behemoth? Did WC4 spoil to you that you couldn't save Vagabond? Did WC Prophecy spoil to you that it was impossible to save Blair? I don't think so.

Some things just cannot be won. That is war. We cannot spoil everything in the game for you and we fully EXPECT you to fail every now and then, that's way we let you progress no matter what. I know that todays games give you a gun and let you play superhero. Well this game doesn't This game lets you experience failure as well as victory and it lets you fight damn hard for the latter. If you want easy victories, go play CoD.

Two quick questins - how do you actually call in the longbows (to get them also killed) and is there anything else apart from staying alive that you are supposed to do ?

Press "C" to call up the comms menu in the top right of the HUD, select "Wings" or "Reinforcements" with the appropriate number, and then select the number for the name of the wing. Works the same way with missile strikes.
