Complete n00b flying her first missions...

I got to the mission in Prelude where you need to escort something from point 1 to 2,3,4, but after the mission says to fly under 950 klicks of some transport to get auto-nav coordinates... Where exactly I'm supposed to fly? Been circling around for about 20 minutes, skimming past every possible ship in vicinity/targeting range...

Press E key to target the ship from the Escort List. Or manually browse through friendly ships with the F key or all ships with the T key untill you target TCS Aurora - this is the ship you are suppose to escort. When targetted fly close to it untill you have "Autopilot link established" message.

You could also use the search feature of this forum as this problem was raised several times already.

And remember you have to repeat this action for every escort mission in the game. Fly close to the escorted capship : less than 950 clicks.
