Hello,

I stopped counting the attempts of me trying to beat mission 5 of the prologue. First, I had trouble destroying this missile launcher of the destroyer in stage 4, but I've got that part down now. The next stage consists of 2 cruisers and a hell of a lot of fighters. Can you provide me any tips on how to approach this part of the mission?

The two Thunderbolts accompanying me are in charge of firing their torpedos at one cruiser. But they die before they can do that. So I tried to protect them: I select one of the Thunderbolts and press the button to "target closest attacker". I get rid of the attacker and continue with the next one. But there are just too many enemies so it does not help much. After the Thunderbolts die, I take out the missile launchers of the 2 cruisers (4 missile launchers in total) to reduce damage on the Wellington. However, the combined fire power of the cruisers plus all the fighters is destroying my ship :-(

Difficulty: Easy

If this is the point of the mission where you are near the jump point[spoiler:1ekxlbhx], the Wellington is supposed to die :s you actually have to keep fighting for a minute or two after its death for the mission to continue.

Yep, it's a bit confusing the first times, but I got frustrated enough on my second playthrough to fall for the "go down fighting" cliché instead of starting all over again.[/spoiler:1ekxlbhx]
