question about frigates and pirates

ok so they say in the wing commander unverse that pirates don't have ships bigger than frigates but i've never seen a flight deck on any ship smaller than a destroyer so how do pirates launch and recover fighters?

will future versions ever have a pirate frigate with a visable hangar bay?

I'm sure someone who creates a mod will probably create frigates with hanger bays as well as any number of other details that could come as a suprise or a "why didn't we think of that". I can only hope that modders will stick to the Wing Commander theme and not deviate too far into other realms.

thanks for the response I basically have this idea floating in my head to recycle a bunch of stuff for a campaign when the modding tools come out and part of the plan is playing the role a drone computer jury-rigged inside of a pirate razor fighter, but we will see where my will power sits when the modding tools come out.
