Unable to get proper pixel

Welcome aboard. There are several reasons for the described error message. Generally speaking: updating your GPU drivers should do the trick (unless, of course, your GPU does not support the required OpenGL specifications).

i have a RADEON 6490M as GPU but i can't find the update. Does anybody know if this card is compatible with the game or do i have to change the card? If yes, what type of card will you recommend?

A couple of questions: What type of computer do you have..and have you gone to the manufacturers web site to see if they have posted updates. Is this the only graphic card in your computer, this card is frequently matched with an intel card and it can create problems. If you have an intel card as well, you may have to do some internet searching looking for tech answers. Some one on this site may also have a good answer, so don't give up.

6490M is laptop graphics. You can't replace the graphics 'card' in a laptop.

If it's mixed up with an Intel GPU, the official AMD drivers won't work. You'll have to check the website of the laptop manufacturer for driver updates.
