looks like the spambots found us
the user ladygaga627 is a spambot(or a human behaving like one for some goofy social experiment) it necro's random threads says some thing generic and then advertises the selling of runscape gold in its signature
Taken care of. Thank you for letting us now.
here is another one http://www.wcsaga.com/forum/index.php?m ... c33a72873a
And maybe this one. He only repeats the posting from damson.
he isn't linking to anything so innocent till proven guilty

The posting i meant was deleted in the meantime, you can't see it anymore. 😉 He had several advertisement links in his signature.
I've seen that before the first spambot ladygaga627 deleted its posts when i called it out on it
Well well... they must post ads, we must report it, the mods must delete it. We all have our role on the big stage of life. ...and btw, i know this game as mod in several forums the last 10 years. A new forum, the same game. 😉
here is another one http://www.wcsaga.com/forum/index.php?m ... memberlist
new spam bot selling WoW gold http://www.wcsaga.com/forum/index.php?m ... memberlist
Selling every kind of crap: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2620
Maybe the next:
In the sig is a link to "Winzip". But on this website is only a downloader for 7Zip (not Winzip!) and this downloader installs also "AVG Toolbar" without your permission. Highly untrustworthy.
http://www.wcsaga.com/forum/index.php?m ... memberlist very long winded spambot
the user helicopters is selling helicopters http://www.wcsaga.com/forum/index.php?m ... memberlist
also it seems to be some sort of smartbot that can craft more relevant posts from what was said in the thread to hide its self. either that or its a manned spammer
Hi

That's exactly the same behavior i saw as i wrote my first report. It seems it's a bot.

We're going to need a new spambot filter.

Yes, that's true. 😂
I want to archive this "irony" here:
Nice post!xxxxx, the world's largest online ticket retailer, has grown wise. Instead of continuing to annoy customers by requiring them to enter nearly unreadable nonsense phrases to be able to prove they're human instead of a spamming robot, xxxxx has decided to stop using the Captcha program used by many internet retailers. Instead, it will go with New York start-up yyyyy's advertising-based program that deals with more natural speech. Pay for your next ticket purchase with a personal finance.
But now, back to business: ^^

I doubt you're the first one to be be confused as to where the heck you are supposed to download the game.
To answer your question, here is what you need to install & play the game: the game itself is located in the "releases" section, while the patch is in the "patches" section. I don't remember the exact installing procedure, but it shouldn't be more complicated than unzipping the files & running the .exe that comes out of it in both cases.
If you encounter any further trouble, or want to share your impressions of the game, come back to the forum 😊
Meanwhile, as a bonus, the mission editor is located in "tools", and is quite easy to use to create your own battles & skirmishes (or even full fledged missions).

Regarding the user "Fence":
Mate, forget it, it's a spambot, repeating posts from here or other forums.
In this case he repeats the second paragraph from this post. And it's from a server in Pakistan, like the most spambots here. After i banned lots of spambot accounts since 2014/5, i have a bit experience to see who is a spambot and who not. 😉
Drat, damn spambots wasting my time. This one's sneaky, there's no obvious link or spam message on his post or sig. It did puzzle me that he posted in this particular topic, but I've seen humans do weird things like that as well.
Yeah wasting time are the correct words.
In the last months i deleted lot of this kind of spam. I assume that the bot is simply buggy written. In this case i love software bugs because it helps me to identify the spammers. 😉
Anyway, thx for your answer to the user. 😊
