Launcher fatal error

Right after installing... I can run game exe but when I try to open the launcher I get error message stating that it cannot locate the executable. Reporting this in mantis...

EDIT... I reinstalled the game and noticed my antivirus software sis not like wcsaga_sse2.exe I had to disable my AV program when re-installing. (using NOD32) after the reinstall the launcher now works.
